Declaration of Interim Dividend
The Board of Directors at its One hundred and fifteenth meeting held on 05th September 2008 resolved that an interim dividend of MK120.3 million representing MK1.00 per share for the period ended 30th June 2008, be paid on Friday 31st October 2008 to shareholders registered in the books of the Company as at the close of business on Friday 26th September 2008.
