Mr. Baron is the Managing Director of Mbabzi Estates Limited, and Lincoln Investments (Pvt) Limited, a position that he has held since 1989. He also has a number of other business interests and is Chairman of Maravi Flowers Limited and a Director of Malawi Property Investments Company, Auction Holdings, National Finance Company and Plantation House Investments. He is an alternate Councilor at Tobacco Association of Malawi.
