Shareholders are referred to the press announcements released on 11 June 2008 and 24 June 2008 which dealt with the fully underwritten, renounceable rights offer of 10,021,318 ordinary shares at an issue price of MK209.00 per ordinary share which is a discount of 7% to the average closing price of Press Corporation Limited shares for each of the three days from Monday 23 June 2008 to Wednesday 25 June 2008, rounded to the nearest whole kwacha per share ("the rights shares") in the ratio of one rights share for every 11 shares held ("the rights offer"). |

FINALISATION INFORMATION IN RESPECT OF THE RENOUNCEABLE RIGHTS OFFER
