The board is pleased to report a consolidated profit before tax of
MK5,014 million (2006: MK4,496 million as restated) for the year
ended 31 December 2007, representing 11.5% growth over the prior
year result. Net profit attributable to ordinary shareholders was
MK1,708 million (2006:MK1,608 million as restated), 6.2% above
prior year. Prior year figures have been restated for the effect of
severence pay provision. |
