Mr. Itaye has extensive experience in audit, financial and general management and is currently the Managing Director of Packaging Industries (Malawi) Limited (PIM)
Mr. Regout is an asset manager of wide experience and is now the external investments manager of Old Mutual Asset Managers SA. Mr. Regout holds directorships at Malawi Property Investment Company Limited. National Bank of Malawi, New Capital Properties Limited, First Discount House, Capital Development Ltd and is an alternate director of Packaging industries (Malawi) Limited.
Mr. Lungu is a registered Mechanical Engineer who has held various senior appointments, including Chief Executive of Maltraco Limited. He runs his own business comprising of Deans Engineering Company limited (DECO), CNL Engineering Limited and Tapiwa Investments Limited. Mr. Lungu has held other directorships at Malawi Railways limited (Chairman), Malawi Bureau of Standards, David Whitehead and Sons and Intraco Services limited (UK). Mr. Lungu is also a Trustee of the Poverty Alleviation Trust Fund.
