At the Company’s Thirty Second Annual General Meeting held on Wednesday 22^nd June, 2016, the following resolution was adopted:

“THAT upon the recommendation of the Directors, a final dividend of MK1,021.7 million representing MK8.50 per share in respect of the year ended 31^st December 2015 be and is hereby declared payable on Friday 26^th August 2016 to those Shareholders registered in the books of the Company as at the close of business on Friday 29^th July 2016.”

An interim dividend of MK480.8 million representing MK4.00 per share was paid on 30^th October, 2015. This, plus the final dividend of MK1,021.7 million representing MK8.50 per share, makes a total dividend of MK1,502.5 million representing MK12.50 per share to be paid to Shareholders for the year ended 31^st December 2015.
